- mklopez, on 10/05/2009, -0/+26Homer Simpson as a spokesman for healthy eating?
That is like getting Al Bundy to be an activist for women rights - JustJoe4Life, on 10/05/2009, -0/+21I'm just glad the Department of Health used their full title and not the acronym.
- blapierre, on 10/05/2009, -0/+20Maybe they should be teaching critical thinking and the concept of satire and sarcasm. It is quite obvious that "The Simpsons" is MAKING FUN OF and BEING CRITICAL of that kind of lifestyle, not glorifying it.
- IIECONII, on 10/05/2009, -0/+9D'oh!
- Fjosnisse, on 10/05/2009, -0/+8Well have you ever scored 4 touchdowns in a single game?
- BaddBrainz, on 10/05/2009, -0/+5Why shouldn't we try to be more like Homer? The world would be a better place.

- appleseed1234, on 10/05/2009, -0/+2Doesn't that totally fly in the face of what the show is about?
- mpn401, on 10/05/2009, -2/+4Or Michael Jackson as a child advocate.

;) - rrisner, on 10/06/2009, -2/+1The Simpsons? Wow I have watched The Simpsons since I was 5. My dad owns a ton Simpsons parafanala. I truly believe they reprsent the American family very closely. If showing them becomeing healthy will help other families to join the trend then I am for it. People are influenced by everything they watch, so why not make the model family more model citizens?
- stunner21, on 10/05/2009, -8/+0I'm gonna choose my words to the British Health Organization carefully....GO ***** YOURSELVES!
