Beshear signs cancer screening bill | courier-journal | The
courier-journal.com — Kentuckians can thank their Gov. Beshear for signing bill 96 into law that will allow them to have free colorectal cancer screenings when they hit age 50 or if they are in the "high risk for cancer" group. Their deductible will have to be met first.
