Beeswax Candles (not Paraffin) to Curb Indoor Emissions

  • chrystie69, on 10/23/2008, -0/+2yeah beeswax is better etc. but here's the thing in order to not have emissions you need to use linen or other natural fiber wicks, which most candle makers don't do...also natural fiber wicks make more smoke from the candle which in turn causes many home smoke detectors to go off!!! This is a HUGE issue for me personally as I have all natural fiber wicks and every time I light candles the damn smoke detector goes off! GRRRRRRRR So be warned!
