PLUS, the doctor who did this to her should've been sued for malpractice and had his license taken away for lying to her about the need to expedite the procedure AND for not obtaining a complete informed consent before the procedure. - Barackalypse, on 05/14/2008, -0/+2Sadly the more a woman regrets her abortion, the less likely she is to participate in studies about it, meaning we don't really have a good count of the consequences of the action for the woman. There are some nice statistics in this article, the most telling one for me is that "70 percent of women interviewed a year after their abortion stated that they would never consider an abortion again if they faced an unwanted pregnancy."
