- drwillip, on 01/08/2009, -0/+0Good stuff! Yes, we sprout all our beans, which also removes the phytates and vastly improves the nutritional content, especially when eaten raw. Sprouted red lentils are our favorite, because they can be added raw into salads, but we also sprout chick peas, mung beans and others.
