Autism charity uses trademark law to bully autistic critic

aspieweb.net — Non-profit organization Autism Speaks has sent a legal complaint to T-shirt printing service Zazzle.com, forcing them to take down an autistic blogger's T-shirt featuring the text 'Autism Speaks can go away'-- in spite of the fact that use of trademarked names in criticism is completely allowable under fair use.

    And they say we're the ones who are impaired.
