- sockpuppets, on 11/27/2007, -30/+84"Exercising 3-6 hours before going to sleep increases your body temperature and there is some evidence to suggest that the gradual decrease in temperature that follows help lull you into sleep."
Who the ***** has 6 hours a day to exercise? - gregm11, on 11/27/2007, -0/+22I blame my nastiness on WordPress
- hadak, on 11/27/2007, -5/+26IGNORE THAT I SUCK *****
- krets, on 11/27/2007, -1/+21I don't know but if you did you'd certainly sleep well afterwards.
- Spoomeister, on 11/27/2007, -1/+14Y'know, nice people, pretty people and smart people never seem to have insomnia. It could just be a guilty conscience.
What if you were just up all night worried over how overweight, mean and stupid you are? - f4nt0m4s, on 11/27/2007, -0/+13staying up till 3 to do 2 more homework problems? jeesh by then I've gone through the procrastination loop 8 or 9 times
- sockpuppets, on 11/27/2007, -0/+13I was just exploring the space. I needed more cowbell.
- smedrick, on 11/27/2007, -0/+11Your sleep habits affect the "calories out", super guy.
- robberry, on 11/27/2007, -4/+15Sleep is for the weak.
- chance2002iu, on 11/27/2007, -1/+11I'll sleep when I'm dead.
- saintjason, on 11/27/2007, -0/+9I didn't get enough sleep, hence the stupid comment I'm leaving.
- UNL1M1T3D, on 11/27/2007, -0/+9Wow waiting for this page to load is making me hungry.
- yoavezer, on 11/27/2007, -1/+10Might Wanna try going to sleep without them pills
- seamushc, on 11/27/2007, -4/+12Just in case, It means exercise for like 20 mins, 3-6 hours before you go to bed.
- iamafatguy, on 11/27/2007, -1/+9Was that sarcasm?
- pengapine, on 11/27/2007, -1/+9site down, anyone got a mirror?
- WebWorker, on 11/27/2007, -3/+10I like how the blog owner decided it was a good idea to disallow google from caching his website.
Cuz otherwise we'd have a mirror : http://www.google.com/search?q=Are+your+sleep+habi ... - chesscat, on 11/27/2007, -0/+6This must mean that Rosie O'Donnell is an insomniac.
- UNL1M1T3D, on 11/27/2007, -1/+7I think he was being sarcastic. I hope.
- akatherder, on 11/27/2007, -1/+7No *****. You can control your "calories in" by what you eat. "Calories out" is dependent on more than exercise though. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Metabolism
- xGrill, on 11/27/2007, -0/+5this article reminds me about another article on digg about how French people eat twice as much as we do, but are still skinny because they do not work as much as us, have less stress, and also because their foods do not have as much preservatives as ours do.
- LimeParrot, on 11/27/2007, -1/+6I'm reading this at 4am (AEST). *crap*
- krets, on 11/27/2007, -1/+6OK, I'll ignore that you suck *****.
- socialpyramid, on 11/27/2007, -1/+7Crap, I'm screwed.
- Urusai, on 11/27/2007, -2/+7It could be the fact that maize (corn to Americans) is used in Europe to fatten pigs, whereas here in the US...same story, mostly.
- thetin, on 11/27/2007, -1/+6Or...you're just fat, nasty & dumb.
- jquipp, on 11/27/2007, -1/+5Makes some sense, though I'm sure sleeping pills come with their own set of consequences.
- badenglishihave, on 11/27/2007, -2/+6Not only is it healthy but it makes you feel great. I work my butt off at school but I still keep a set bed time for myself. I've been doing this for two years ever since my sophomore year of college and it's improved my health and attitude immensely.
Sure you could finish two more homework problems if you stayed up till 3 am, but making it a routine is not good. So many of my friends kill themselves for that extra 5% on their work and I just don't see the purpose when the next day they're tired and can't get anything done. Plus on top of all that it's making them fat, nasty and dumb! - bubbadoo989, on 11/27/2007, -0/+4Death is nature's way of saying "relax...."
- mwosh, on 11/27/2007, -9/+13Mirror: http://tinyurl.com/2ckpbs
- removesstains, on 11/27/2007, -3/+7Yeah stop using Safari and switch to Firefox.
- Lokix, on 11/27/2007, -2/+6Everyone who spends 6 hours a day on the PC, probably.
- sockpuppets, on 11/27/2007, -0/+3My work here is done. :)
- DRINKxREDxBULL, on 11/27/2007, -1/+4Sleep for a week.
- mojaam, on 11/27/2007, -0/+3Had to look at my keyboard to get that.
- Azuroth, on 11/27/2007, -0/+3HOME
PAGE UP - WebWorker, on 11/27/2007, -1/+4Check the mirror before you submit it?
- jimic79, on 11/27/2007, -11/+14Not smart, are we....
Exercising withing a 3 to 6 hour period before going to bed.... meaning, if you go to bed at 10... exercise between 4pm and 7pm... - CaviMike, on 11/27/2007, -0/+3Must have an effect on your servers, too.
- teh_techie, on 11/27/2007, -0/+2why not take a nap... sleep off that fat?
- inactive, on 11/27/2007, -2/+4another idiot. Exercise 3-6hrs BEFORE going to bed, not Exercise for 3-6hrs then go to bed. 30min-1hr is all you need to do :p.
- rkzda, on 11/27/2007, -2/+4No he wasn't.
- Bawk, on 11/27/2007, -0/+2Two out of three ain't bad.
- HowitZer25, on 11/27/2007, -0/+2Actually it's about what you eat more than how much. The most important thing is just staying away from saturated fats.
- ibdreamy, on 07/19/2008, -0/+1too bad my little girl and her daddy have taken over my room and I end up sleeping on the coach because they go to bed at 8pm and i got to bed at 2am.
I have a serious sleep problem but I'm not fat...and i don't plan on getting fat. - HowitZer25, on 11/27/2007, -1/+2Have fun never getting anywhere in life then. A good nights sleep is necessary to function 100%. I laugh at the people that go out and party all night or stay up too late. They will die young and never achieve anything great.
- thetin, on 11/27/2007, -1/+2That you choose to put yourself through.
- HowitZer25, on 11/27/2007, -0/+1True but sleep affects how easy it is to control calorie intake.
