- bassik, on 01/09/2009, -2/+1it shouldn't be up to the state to determine weather or not you smoke in a nightclub. its already a verbal contract between the establishment and the patron if smoke is consumed in an establishment if you want to be subjected to it, you look for the "smoking is allowed in this entire establishment", if not look for the "no smoking" sign on the door.. how much government control in your life is enough? how much is too much. this is just another way to "condition" everyone into doing what the government wants you too.
