    Surgical abortion is not technically demanding, it is commonly done by regular Ob-Gyns after a miscarriage. Medication abortion is similarly straightforward, as long as you have a license to procure the drugs. A woman ought to be able to receive comprehensive care from her regular gynecologist, instead of having to hunt around and be exposed to aggressive and misinforming protesters.
    The Ob's at my hospital provide comprehensive care, including abortion services. Being in a situation where you may need an abortion isn't a lifestyle choice - pregnancy can be very dangerous. I've a friend with an autoimmune bladder disease (interstitial cystitis), and a pregnancy has a 50% change to rupture her bladder and kill her. Should she never have sex with her husband? No birth control is 100% effective, no matter how careful she is. After a decade of marriage, she's been okay so far, but if she ever needs an abortion it ought to be safe, legal, and not subject to emotional abuse by non-medical zealots.
