Even if you have a fast metabolism, you’ll need to eat more to gain weight. Couple that with strength training and you’ll go from skinny to muscular. Here’s how.

If you can do that two weeks in a row every day no cheating then you will lose. Every two weeks you can even break for one weekend. It works for me I have went from 30 BMI to 25 BMI in only six months.

I really do eat a lot though; I've been known to eat an entire pizza pie (Brooklyn style, not that pan crap) for lunch and still be hungry afterwards. The problem with fast metabolism is you have to keep up the eating in order to keep the weight. If you eat less for even just a week, you lose weight.
Some things not mentioned in the article: I think the average you can gain is something like 4lbs. a week. I read this somewhere; I can't remember where, though. The biggest thing (in my experience), drink a lot of water. It seems to help.- wishninja, on 12/12/2007, -0/+4My room mate used to say he was like that but it was just not true. He would eat a pizza then skip lunch though and then play basket ball until dark. So he was talking to me about weight and how he was trying to put it on. So every time I was eating something I would ring him on my cell phone and tell him. He was supposed to eat the same or similar item. You know what? He gained 5 pounds that first week and complained about the amount of money he was spending and the time involved but he was able to eat it. I know you just do not have the obsession with food that I do. To burn off as much as I eat when I am left to my addiction you would have to be running a sprint 24 hours a day. It is not how much in one sitting it is over a period of a week how many calories a day do you eat and what are the types of calories you are taking in. You are right water helps to gain and to burn off weight both. It depends on what your body needs to do.
