- RobotBuddha, on 10/16/2008, -0/+3Anything that doesn't offer citations to experimental studies should be considered pretty much speculation at best.
- lcarsdeveloper, on 10/16/2008, -0/+3I did that about a month ago. After years of drinking coffee multiple times a day I decided to stop for a while. After 6 hours I got a bad headache. The next day I felt sick, then I started getting muscle pains and craving all kinds of unhealthy foods. The whole time I was in a really bad mood. It took 2 weeks before I didn't crave coffee, I've been drinking tea ever since. It's disturbing how badly addicted to it I was.
The funny thing is that I had a cup of coffee last week, and I couldn't finish it! - RadiatedAnt, on 10/16/2008, -0/+2damn good article! I wish I could digg this more than once.
- inactive, on 10/16/2008, -0/+2Thats a wonderful piece of information.
- beck5, on 10/16/2008, -0/+2article number 756 that tells people the same things over and over and over again.
- SuperJimmyJimbo, on 10/16/2008, -3/+5switch from coffee....
no thanks. - eastsoccer19, on 10/16/2008, -2/+4Buried for terrible headline. It only talks about food for the first half and then is only gives one reason they do what they do.
- favour2008, on 10/16/2008, -0/+2good article
- Rizak, on 10/16/2008, -0/+2Also, when you are buying olive oil make sure you check for two things to ensure good quality:
EXTRA Virgin Olive Oil
First Cold Press - OfficialJoe, on 10/16/2008, -0/+2Link?
- beauley, on 10/17/2008, -0/+1Whether it's being part of a community run garden, or setting aside a plot of land in your own back yard, growing your own vegetables is now a returning family pastime. So, where are the benefits from the time and labor spent to reap the golden harvest?

Why Grow Your Own Vegetables - Hoogs, on 10/16/2008, -1/+2Well, since I recently saw an article here apparently disproving the "4-5 smaller meals" theory, I officially don't take these articles seriously anymore. I ALWAYS see contradictions between them.
- bokimon, on 10/16/2008, -1/+2My girlfriend is on a steady diet of tube steak and seems to be in pretty good shape.

- ncnicolaus, on 05/23/2009, -0/+0Some food really give us quick results like healthy mind and good look also, like rachel ray is also a good to grab.
http://www.rachelraydiet.com/resources.html - GoHealthyGoFit, on 10/27/2008, -0/+0I really agree with the part about limiting your processed carbs and eating smaller, more frequent meals... that's great advice!!
- RobotBuddha, on 10/16/2008, -4/+2Wow, this was horrible. Most of this came down to "we have a theory that x is caused by y. We have a theory that z might interfere with y to an unknown extent. So it's SCIENCE! No need to test it and see if we're actually right in our guesses!".
- AllSt4r, on 10/16/2008, -6/+4I eat when i'm hungry
- Cuongfu, on 10/16/2008, -7/+42 pages for 5 foods.. are you serious?
