2 hospital ERs placed on lock down

A hazardous materials team set up decontamination tents in the hospital’s parking lot shortly after the incident was reported to authorities.

According to Wikipedia the LD50 is 750mg/kg oral; while respired is certainly less than that, it sounds like the barrel didn't simply pop open. I imagine that the barrel exploded in some fashion, and they probably stood around breathing it in for some time.

    Also, the blue men certainly sound like argyria rather than a related incident. Specifically, the victims of aniline poisoning were not blue, so if they are from the same location (the article is vague) there were likely two separate accidents.
