- bettverboten, on 06/24/2009, -3/+22My son actually has the cold urticaria (allergy to cold)
His ears swell and huge hive like bumps form on his skin that is exposed to the cold. - ChronicColonic, on 06/24/2009, -2/+21Thanks EMFK! I should've done that...you are awesome!
- mycutepetpics, on 06/24/2009, -1/+18I'm very sorry to hear that and I hope he never has any serious issues from it.
Snow boarding is probably just as fun on the sand, then it is on then snow anyway. :) - ugabandit7, on 06/24/2009, -1/+18The guy on page 6 has a superpower, not a medical condition.
- RadivFangstein, on 06/24/2009, -1/+14"earned a Guinness world record for the longest amount of time swimming under the ice: 80 meters"
ABC News is retarded. - oo7evan, on 06/24/2009, -0/+11This reminds me of this one episode of House, where there was this strange case that House couldn't figure out, then he thought he did, but it turned out he didn't, so it got worse, then at the last second he figured it out. Have you seen that one?
Also, some people may or may not have had sex. - ChronicColonic, on 06/24/2009, -2/+8If you snow board on the sand, it is called sand boarding. Does that mean if you snow board on the water it is called water boarding?
- Ftown13, on 06/24/2009, -0/+6Every episode of House could make this list.
- ennuisquared, on 06/24/2009, -0/+4Sean Paul-induced seizure? That's normal.
- sildude, on 06/24/2009, -0/+3The last one was most disturbing.
- airstrike, on 06/24/2009, -0/+3You're hired.
- Awwzm, on 06/24/2009, -3/+6Foreign Accent Syndrome = Dooshbagery
Madonna suffers from this. - snagglefoof, on 06/24/2009, -0/+2Don't forget to hit the printer friendly version, everybody!
- Wakkyweed, on 06/24/2009, -0/+2Now I don't feel so bad about my inexplicable seizure-like condition that ruined my career and that a dozen doctors have failed to properly diagnose. At least I don't have weird growths all over my body!
- ugabandit7, on 06/24/2009, -0/+2Some doctors think that certain colon conditions are caused by a faulty immune response that results from never being exposed to certain intestinal parasites. This would explain why conditions such as ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease are prevalent in industrialized nations and rare in third world countries.
- jclaudew, on 09/12/2009, -0/+1so, what happen?
http://medicalmalpracticevn.blogspot.com/2009/08/m ... - pegothejerk, on 06/24/2009, -0/+1Despite EMFK's attempt to make it easier on us (which I thank you for), I refuse to any longer read "articles" that are broken up into 12 word sentences, with a picture, further broken up into 12 or more webpages.
- AdamFromMyspace, on 06/24/2009, -0/+1Music induced seizures? Sounds like a suburban frat party.
- inactive, on 06/24/2009, -0/+1Are their beneficial viruses and parasites? Viruses or parasites that have a positive impact on your body? I'm not talking about x-men style parasites or the common ones on your skin or w/e. I mean are their acquired parasites that will fight off viruses or help wounds heal faster or anything like that?
- dumass4u, on 06/24/2009, -0/+1hahaha you should call up Bell, they could stop painstakingly summarizing every episode and just copy and paste what you typed for every House episode.
- inactive, on 06/24/2009, -1/+2No. Parasites by their very nature exist only to rob nutriants from their host.
Some viruses are not particulary harmful but they don't provide any benefits. - Spamiclese, on 06/24/2009, -1/+2Persistent Sexual Arousal Syndrome: AKA Puberty
- mrpunman, on 06/25/2009, -0/+1It's not Lupus!
- MicControl, on 06/25/2009, -0/+1I can totally relate to the 11th person's disorder. I too tend to have negative reactions to hearing Sean Paul come on the radio.
- ProfessorLX, on 06/24/2009, -1/+1i have one of those, i see a girl my penis gets bigger, it's very worrying.
- sp3ns0r, on 06/24/2009, -0/+0I have cold urticaria (allergy to the cold) and was surprised to see this listed as one of the "12 baffling medical conditions". I just sent an email to Dr.Casale to see what clinical studies he is currently conducting into this.
Day to day, one would never suspect I have such a bizarre allergy as I snowboard, fish in mountain streams, and back-pack through the sierra nevadas without any concern. However swimming in colder waters, especially in the ocean, is something I cannot endure for more than 10 minutes at a time.
Hopefully Dr.Casale and I can work together to uncover the mysteries of this allergy a bit more. - ray4389, on 06/24/2009, -3/+1You can't snowboard on water. Snowboarding occurs due to gravity. You could wake board, water ski, etc, but it's not the same. Sandboarding is probably the closest with long boarding on hills close in. There is another thing similar to snowboarding that has 6 wheels with 2 of those being in the center of the truck on a swivel thus allowing you to mimic snowboards.
- airstrike, on 06/24/2009, -6/+2Giant limbs and random lumps of fat? Music-induced seizures? Persistent sexual arousal syndrome?
Meh, those things are pretty common among diggers. Buried as inaccurate.
