And this is coming from a person who experiments with plenty of other drugs, but stay the ***** away from xanax. I know too many "bartards" who took too many in their day. ***** will ***** you up...just smoke a bowl an hour before you want to sleep, that way when you're coming down and getting tired you sleep easier.

a) I will either get very tired and pass out with my light on and laptop sitting on my lap (this happens regularly)

It use to be whenever I shut my eyes and night I would hear the Heavy from TF2 saying "So much blood!" Now when I go to bed, its the gargling sound of the boomer creeping around the corner about to vomit on me. - pixelpowered, on 03/04/2009, -4/+8Melatonin + Excercise = Rid of insomnia.
1. Melatonin, look it up see if it fits you. It should since your body naturally produces it. It also takes no will power to pop a couple capsules as needed and you start to feel a naturally progression to sleep. In the morning, it's better than taking prescribed pills that make you feel drowsy.
2. Excercise, ya stop laughing while you chug a Mt Dew. In fact stop drinking caffeine beverages after 2pm (depending if your a 9-5'er like me). It's a side note. This and excercise take will power. You either have it or not. After three months of regulating this and running I get to bed easily 5 out 7 days. Those other day I use #1 and only 1-30mg dosage.
