buy.com — Ordered item (~ $ 200) from Buy.com and requested 2nd day Fedex. Delivered to me personally, but box seemed light. I opened box and found only packaging paper, a packing list and ad flyer. No customer service tel. # on their website, so I submitted webpage claim and after 3 days they rejected claim. submitted credit card stop payment.
