Intel officially brands Bloomfield CPUs 'Core i7'
tcmagazine.com — Coming to confirm recent reports Intel has just sent out a press release saying that its next generation 45nm processors codenamed Nehalem will make use of the Core brand and that the first desktop CPUs set to debut this year (dubbed Bloomfield) will be known as Core i7 and Core i7 Extreme Edition.
