- maninblac1, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1Wow, intel is really having a field day playing around with AMD. It's like tossing around a rag doll.
It looks like the CPU market is leaning pretty heavy towards intel with these marks, naturally they are to be taken with a grain of salt, but i don't think that Intel could slant a 6500 point advantage with shady benchmarking.
I've known since the Pentium II that intel has always been the superior developer, AMD has done the market a favor and gotten the lazy giant up off it's @$$ and to start making really powerful processors. But if it continues like this, intel will put AMD down. And that scares me. - sublimed, on 10/11/2007, -1/+1Two quad-core 3GHz Penryn processors - not one eight core processor... That would be a bit nutty!
