drunkenfist.com — A frustrated blog post is followed by dozens and dozens of comments on HP's terrible customer service- capped off by commenter #37, who says he's an HP Customer Service tech saying: "I personally would never buy an HP product. Why? HP, flat-out, does not give a rat's ass about you, the customer."
