We have tried calling you many times at the phone number you have on your blog (linked to the invoice photo in this post), but have been unable to reach you. I have also tried posting on your blog, but it has been pending pre-moderation for a couple days. I hope we can connect with you soon. I can't apologize enough for all you have been through. I completely understand why you are frustrated. Sometimes we make mistakes and it is not an indication of how much we appreciate you and value you as a customer. We do appreciate your business very much.
Luckily, I have some better news to share. After looking into your case, here are the changes we were able to make for you: -Collections should not be calling you anymore -We waived all late fees and finance fees -We credited you back the money for shipping

Natalie - curlyqlink, on 04/16/2008, -0/+0Dell Customer Service sucks bad. I've been getting the run around on the phone, through email, and on the web for a couple of days.
Dell offered me 9 months free interest but now is telling me it only applied to part of my order. I've been run through Dell Financial Services (State of NY is suing them for bait and switchtactics), Dell Sales, Dell Customer Service. It's not the amount of money involved, which is miniscule, it's the process. they offer one thing, then change the rules. Then they run you around hoping that you'll drop your complaint. Anyone from Dell want to contact me?
