- dampeal, on 04/23/2008, -0/+2I was only AMD at one point, but things went downhill for them and now I just use Intel, so you have to wonder what exactly the point is of putting out a tri-core processor is.. it seems to me like a company trying to keep their head above water. Seriously though, they expect companies to program for single core, tri-core and quad core now, when are these multiple cores going to end, we really don't even have much dual core support yet

- bigwophh, on 04/23/2008, -0/+1Well, according to Futuremark's metrics maybe. In most other apps, the quad-core is much faster.
