AMD's Brisbane core - The cache is still fast

lostcircuits.com — AMD's 65nm CPUs show insignificant performance differences to the older 90nm parts. Some benchmarks, though, show a 67% increase in cache access latency compared to the Windsor core, others only show 10% or 2 cycles. The first set of benchmark seems flawed in that contains reporting errors, it appears that the 2 cycle delta is really all there is.
