- cssdev, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I think it happens when you're in progress of commenting on a digg and another one makes it to the homepage before you submit it. I think the homepage uses "slots" with an ID, much like RSS.
- andy78, on 10/12/2007, -2/+1wow, digg is broken... I could swear this was the topic of the dude that got robbed.
- andy78, on 10/12/2007, -2/+1I was robbed a few years back, and had to deal with the insurance company. Basically, they will evaluate the prices of the things you remember losing and give you a percentage of that. Check your insurance contracts to find out how much that percentage is.
If the cops asked you to report to them all of the things you think they stole. call them again to report all the things you *cough* forgot *cough* to mention. Like, remember that diamond you bought for your wife's birthday?
And the limited edition TIVO with surround sound, you got a couple weeks back, signed by Bernard Tivo himself?
My suggestion is, try to remember everything that was stolen, and then try to remember a few more things just to even out that percentage.
