These are the men that have the highest chance for survival. In a primitive sense, women can't fight a bear while she's got a baby cooking in her belly. A man wants a hot woman because she can mostly likely produce a baby that will thrive. So with that said:
money = survival

I saw an excellent article that tried to explain it. Hard to guage how "correct" the article was, but it was an interesting theory. The idea is that women's breasts lose firmness with age and poor health. The bigger they are, the easier it is to gage their sagginess.
