- nbyn, on 05/27/2008, -4/+19"What makes young men angry?"
When young ladies use bad 4 letter words like "Stop", "Don't", "Can't" and "Won't". - inactive, on 05/27/2008, -8/+23My hateful, selfish wife...
- inactive, on 05/27/2008, -2/+17"Anger is made of two components: one is an idea that there's something wrong, two is that someone else is to blame. "
This quote is completely wrong. I get angry with myself all the time and I know many of you do as well. Anger doesn't always mean there is someone else to blame. - Tyorant, on 05/27/2008, -2/+15Q:Aren't there angry girls, too?
A:No doubt.
RTFA? - Dundasbro, on 05/27/2008, -1/+13And this, Digg, is why we need an age limit of 15 to be able to post comments.
- surfacewound, on 05/27/2008, -8/+20The fact that I will never bang Megan Fox makes me angry.
- sticko13, on 05/27/2008, -2/+13Eloquently put
- JeyNyce, on 05/27/2008, -1/+11Shameless book promoting
- zadadka, on 05/27/2008, -1/+10Simply put, they too slowly outgrow their adolescent insistence on denying responsibility for their own actions (or lack of actions) and consequently externalise everything.....thus, "I don't want to" becomes "it's not fair".
This is true from having to clean their teeth, and is carried all the way through schooling, into relationships, and onwards into work ethic.
The Germans have a phrase which fits well : "Too soon old, too late smart". - inactive, on 05/27/2008, -2/+10Wow look at all these pathetic, pathetic comments. Go outside, dudes.
- cdigioia, on 05/27/2008, -1/+9Or the worst 4 letter word - "Help!"
Women can be such a pain... - ripple123, on 05/27/2008, -2/+9Stupid people opening their stupid mouths and saying stupid things makes me angry. I just wanna beat the stupid out of them.
- Zonku, on 05/27/2008, -1/+8Wow...did you get an audit or something? I just checked out all your diggs/comments...an "activist" you are.
"What? Indiana Jones did bad? IT'S THE TERRORIST UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT!!!!!" - inactive, on 05/27/2008, -8/+15There's absolutely nothing in this article that made sense to me.
Starting with the definition of anger until the very end, it's all stupid.
If that person actually works with angry adolescents, she needs to start listening or something. Because it's like he got all this from afterschool specials.
Kids are pissed because they have more authority over their parents than the opposite.
It's like dogs. You dominate (in the sense of being his leader) a dog and give him a purpose, he'll be happy and he'll love you. You let the dog do what he wants and you don't give him any kind of job: he'll give you a ***** load of problems. You get Cartman from southpark.
These adolescents stop being angry when they move out the house. Because they're not struggling for authority they aren't supposed to have in the first place.
Only 30 years ago: yelling at your parents = you're homeless. - oxymoron69, on 05/27/2008, -7/+14What made me angry when I was young... was a lack of sex.
Once I started getting laid on a regular basis, everything got better from there. - conkeso, on 05/27/2008, -3/+10Anger is made of two components: one is women, two is lack of money.
Fix your Story - sponeil, on 05/27/2008, -5/+11What makes young men angry?
That's easy. Damn near everything. - trer, on 05/27/2008, -0/+6At least it's not violent video games!
- ShempRider, on 05/27/2008, -8/+14FTA: "Perhaps one of the differences with girls — and it's very hard to generalize — is that they have more of a facility with speech."
Please, generalize.
I know girls who won't STFU and they're the reason Oprah will never miss a mortgage payment. - MacParrot, on 05/27/2008, -0/+6When you can no longer spell alcohol it's definitely time to cut back
- futureb, on 05/27/2008, -0/+6meta comments make me angry
- cdigioia, on 05/27/2008, -3/+8Modern Digg comments tend to piss me off.
- inactive, on 05/27/2008, -3/+8This article makes me angry....
- inactive, on 05/27/2008, -1/+6***** IT
- Stupidumb, on 05/27/2008, -3/+8Well yes, women also get angry, you are correct. The problem, though, is that the article is about what makes young men angry. You can even see that at the top of this page right here on digg: "What Makes Young Men Angry". These purposes of these digg titles are twofold. First they tell you what the submitted story is about. In this case, young men and what makes them angry. Second, the title is a link to the actual page of the submitted story. Later, should you choose to click it and actually read the story, you'll notice the title listed on that web page: "Angry Young Men". I can assure you, it's no coincidence that the link on digg refers to a related story on another website.
Another thing you might want to notice is that when the article refers to "young men", they are talking about males, not females.
I can understand your confusion as to why females weren't discussed. Women should be talked about at all times and every story and discussion should revolve around women. Personally, I wish the article "Angry Young Men", was only about women and how they are important, but, alas, it was not. We can only hope for a better digg experience in the future that only has female content. - skilless, on 05/27/2008, -3/+7If you have a wife you're no longer young.
- jgzman, on 05/27/2008, -0/+4That's what facility with speech means, among other things.
- MarkOfTheDead, on 05/27/2008, -0/+4I believe the article itself was actually titled "what makes young men angry?" not "only young men (never young women) can be angry"
Your comment is a biased excuse to hate men. - MacParrot, on 05/27/2008, -1/+5I think he's just pointing out that most of the idiots calling something "gay" on digg tend to either be 15 or younger or have the emotional instability of someone 15 or younger.
Take your pick. Which one are you? - inactive, on 05/27/2008, -1/+5Michael Jackson has worked with adolescent boys and their families for 20 years
- o0joshua0o, on 05/27/2008, -1/+5I was an angry young man in high school. If you're one now, let me give you some advice: start lifting weights and/or doing martial arts. It's a way to channel your energy into something that's productive instead of destructive.
- Bersy, on 05/27/2008, -0/+41. Start penis school

- Nougat, on 05/27/2008, -1/+4That's got nothing on the anger that stems from the idea that everything is wrong and that you're to blame.
- whoreable, on 05/27/2008, -2/+5You must be half decent because you are honest.

- robeph, on 05/27/2008, -0/+3Is this due to anger at someone [else|self] or simply that something is implicitly wrong?
- rentmitchum, on 05/27/2008, -1/+4Digg doesn't do requests.
- MacParrot, on 05/27/2008, -1/+4In order for someone to answer a question it first has to be phrased as a legitimate question and not a rant. No one is interested in debating you not because you are right and they are wrong but because you're ***** crazy.
