- Lord_oftheTrons, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3Just get the IETab extension if you are using Firefox, pretty handy extension.
- blazer34i, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Ok, your voices have been heard. I have created and posted three different formats on my website. They are: MP4, WMV, and MOV. MAC users: please let me know if the videos do not play properly. I don't have a Mac to test them on so I couldn't verify it. The video was a feed direct from NASA. I also put it on Google Video, but that might take a while to be verified.

- killzalot, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2lol IE only. MSN video sucks
- karamba_kid, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I watched the video in Konqueror with the mplayer plugin, but wasn't NASA just saying that there is too much crap orbiting the earth?
- fahrvergnuugen, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1The video played fine for me using the Flip4Mac plugin for Quicktime (OSX 10.4, Safari). I used the link that was posted above.
- bootyfarm, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Could someone please post some form of this video on some normal site without technical requirements that surpass those of the space suit satellite itself?
- zone, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0JUST SAY NO... DIGG.
- l7productions, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Still a cool video no matter what.
- Akira, on 10/12/2007, -2/+2well well, I cannot view this video because I use linux, and therefore no digg... what is this IE anyway?!?? :)

No wonder Ham's are having a hard time contacting this thing. It's spinning in a way so that the antenna is only facing the earth for a short period.. (Everyone seems to be hearing it fade in and out) - jersey, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0that could be the most beautiful thing i've seen in a long time. anyone know where to find a high quality version? nothing on the nasa site.
- wmtrader, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1What!!!!
How Dare Anyone Post a Non-Google Video on Digg!
And it is an MS product at that.......blasphemy I say blasphemy!
You Google/Apple Fan Boys need to get an F'ing life. - EvilBadger, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0It would make a great horror movie if the suit started waving as it drifted away. lol
Watched it yesterday so not exactly new, but still good. - x404x, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0"So much for the theory that Macs are better. 'Nuff said..."
Not all Mac users are morons, I dont have WMP or Flip4mac and I could watch the video just fine.
Yes, VLC rocks. - Ohnodonho, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0this is a working link, i just took off the rtsp:// from the link from p5ych0
http://msnbc.wmod.llnwd.net/a275/e1/video/100/n_suitsat_launch_060203.asf - zone, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0ok, the video is actually cool.. what a better way to get rid of someone... yeah.. it was "empty".. of course!
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Poor Frank Poole.
- Goatman, on 10/12/2007, -2/+2if this was a link requiring you to download iTunes, or some dumb program like that you guys would be all for it, just because it's Microsoft doesn't mean it's bad, grow up little children...
- 4tygames, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Seriously though, someone please put this on Google Video. I was searching for a video of this yesterday on Google Video. I really do not want to open up IE. I know about that IE Tab extension, but the main reason I want it on Google Video is so that I can download it to my iPod to show people how freaky it is seeing a space suit fly off into space.
- ArthurSucks, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Thanks p5ych0, IE tab don't work too well under Linux. Does look like an MTV ad from the 80s/90s. Hehehe.
- wmbattsjr, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1haha, msn video, no thanks
no digg - jmullman, on 10/12/2007, -2/+2IE only eh? No thanks, I'm on a mac.

- orangemarmalade, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0@Stormwysper:
good onep - peregrine, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Its time for microsoft to leave the browser market. If IE7 got any uglier I would would switch to Linux completely and watch this movie with Mplayer, before Vista comes out and ugs up my entire desktop. Damn why can't microsoft learn to give up when they've lost.
~ - Brutis, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0no digg for IE
- orangetiki, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Please install Active X and we will send you this complimentary bottle of KY in the mail in 2-3 months.
As for mac users, get the flip4mac plugin. You'll bypass ANY microshaft's priority software. No Digg for me - uncleFester, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0anyone who has ever watched 2001.. this footage is actually kinda creepy. :)
- PathDaemon, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Even the direct link is encoded in WMV3, a codec which Microsoft has refused to allow on Macs for no apparent reason. Seriously, nothing, not even Windows Media Player for Mac, can play it. Me want Google video!
- jonny5, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0doesnt work with firefox or IE 7 Beta
Boo :( - dhughes, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0 Yeah it is a bit creepy. Especially the aerial sticking up out of the neck area where there should be a helmet.
I'm amazed no conspiracy theorists have pointed out the lack of visible stars. It's a fake space station with fake anti-gravity! :P - spaceman0, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Install "FREE" software(and sign off your soul).
No THANKS. - 4tygames, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0@ blazer34i
Awesome! Thank you so much, that is exactly what I needed. Great job! - bcdowell, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0does anyone else find this video to be a bit creepy? it's like watching an astronaut float off into space, space-odyssey-2001-style...
- thegrouch, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Thanks SO MUCH for the IE tab sugestion it is so cunvenunt
- tweeto, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Check this out,
I've just installed IE7 a few days ago (only to see what they rip from Firfox - I'm not really using it, duh...) and it says i can only watch it with IE6 - STUPID MICROSOFT! - perilousone, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Hah! "To use this product, you need to install free software"... you mean Firefox isn't enough.
no digg. - robbyt, on 10/12/2007, -2/+1gentoo linux and firefox != free
what sort of ***** up logic is that? - ConstdR, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0MSN video SPAM detected!
- ScottyQuest, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0Pretty cool video, I'm glad it was IE only because it finally convinced me to get the IE Tab extension, which it turns out really IS useful. And I just have to love Suit Sat. I can't help it.

Ok this is lame - ianweir, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0Goatman, this thing requires IE 6, meaning that mac users, (like myself), can't use it at all. If that doesn't justify complaints, what would?
