  • df12, on 12/17/2007, -0/+1things like this could go a long way to elevate black outs that seem to happen from time to time along the east coast, also the "rolling black outs" they experience seemingly every sumer on the west coast. Not to mention these power outages here in the plains caused by ice storms.

    Now, all that being said, I think some very thorough safety and security testing needs to be done to say the least. And what is the clean-up like when these systems reach the end of their useful life?
