If the light bends around the person, it never hits him/her and thus the person is left standing in a really dark place due to his photoreceptors not being stimulated by teh lightttt...so much for running around nude ;)

I can just picture you right now, teeming with rage in your basement, waiting anxiously for the day that you own a full body invisibility cloak so you can kill people you find objectionable. And who the ***** needs to be INVISIBLE to get away with murder? Now I'm not an expert on the topic, but no witnesses means you have your own special little invisibility cloak already. There's other kinds of evidence you have to worry about than futuristic cyber cops with infrared lasers and dogs that shoot bees out of their mouths.

    Your train of thought disturbs me just as much as what you're implying about yourself. You are really two kinds of crazy in one.
