- 6oo63D, on 01/27/2009, -0/+6Buried as inaccurate. The Atomic Kittens were a bunch of rockstars that managed to defy all the laws of physics and thereby creating an Eternal Flame.
- jerstud56, on 01/27/2009, -0/+6Tastes like chicken. Thanks physics.
- YoThisBAlec, on 01/27/2009, -1/+7Mmm flesh physics.
- darthjure, on 01/27/2009, -0/+5Shouldn't that be The Physics of Flesh?
- malignatius, on 01/27/2009, -0/+3Dugg for GIF animation.
- plastiqmanb, on 01/27/2009, -0/+2anyone else see DAT ASS in the related youtube videos?
Awesome. - humanerror, on 01/27/2009, -0/+2I really thought the title said "... just like any rock star or other bunch of atoms"
now I feel cheated somehow - jaymzdean, on 01/27/2009, -0/+2Physics.
Imagine standing at the foot of a 10 story building and witnessing it aerate in 1 second. - xyllar, on 01/27/2009, -0/+2Let's assume the horse is a sphere surrounded by vacuum...
- stix213, on 01/27/2009, -0/+2Shouldn't the title be "The Physics of Flesh"??? That might also make a good porn title.
- Metasquares, on 02/08/2009, -0/+2I thought this said "The Flesh of Physicists" and was about to ask whether there was some sort of special power that manifested in their skin or something.
- inactive, on 01/28/2009, -0/+1The description sounds like a debate on souls and consciousness (which I don't believe in)
- JohnEHubertz, on 09/14/2009, -0/+1I do not believe this (boundaries of known physical reality to rule matter) to be the case re human and other life. Chi masters perhaps best demonstrate this is scientifically verified ways - but my experience is much more intimate. As an agnostic I've paid REAL close attention - my observations (while casual) continue to this day and defy physics.
I had a very life-defining series of events involving my Mother, in her 90s, blind, some brain impairment, who also is (was, RIP 6/11/2009) the grand-niece of the 1st American Saint with several others in her maternal genetic heritage. She was extraordinary, had WILD influence on perception/experience, and her later years were characterized by becoming a radical social change activist , open-door outreach-at-home patron of the downtrodden and fallen, and a genuine love-others-as-yourself community resource.
It was X-files, it was personal, it involved being the perfect stranger and had NOTHING to do with ordinary physical reality, yet as an engineer I've discovered to my amazement that it follows patterns, seems to have specific abilities/strengths/weaknesses and yet violates the boudaries of life, death, time and space.
Miracles? Pshaw. "Interaction with reality at extraordinary levels of harmony, communications and perception." This is without a doubt as real a phenomena as the gravity vs kinetic energy/rebound of the keys I'm striking to type this phrase.
The weird part is, whatever IT (reality) is, seems to have a very positive agenda, and limited ability to implement that without human/animate-life interactions. - PhilMoskowitz, on 01/27/2009, -0/+1The flesh of physics makes me think of calculus.
- Pakivelli, on 01/27/2009, -2/+2you guys should check out shoutwire.com... an online community that actually doesn't believe in physics.
