"I think smarter / more creative people are more likely to score high on this as well as autistic people... I scored 28, but I'm not autistic at all- but my IQ is 160 something."
sounds like a real humble guy... - dogma, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2What does it mean when you get to question 10, and get so bored that you stop?
- shizane, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1dude 3609 is right, but the test is pretty standard for beginning tests. i work with autistic children.
they connect with me quite easily. why? because i scored a 41 - tharealmegaman, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1With the exception of the scientific and mathematical geniuses, it is not a good thing to be autistic. You're making it sound like you want a huge score.
- LucasOman, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Fat people are jolly.
- Matt2k, on 10/12/2007, -0/+114
I'm not autistic, just socially inept - crackez, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I scored 29, and my girlfriend score 30. So we're both above average.
Curious, how do you figure that the score only goes up to 32?
At the end of the test, according to the chart, the score is between 0-50 with the average score being 15 and 17 for females and males respectively. - tritium, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1It's a 1949 Buick Roadmaster. Straight 8. Fireball 8. Only 8,985 production models. Dad let's me drive slow on the driveway. But not on Monday, definitely not on Monday...

I'm 23, regarded as fairly intelligent with math (I'm a programmer) and deal with depression and social anxiety (though I have many friends and frequently socialize; I've improved over the years)."

As the test says, if you are worried about your result, go consult a doctor. Digg users' opinions by no mean compare to that of a clinician - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+129. Definitely time for Wapner. Definitely.

I got 8.. - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0i got a 24 but i am dyslexic so that is bad.
autistic and dyslexic both have 8 letters too.

And all you "women" should change your name to: BigNipples (0)(0) :P - soulscreme, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Fun little test, completely inaccurate. I scored a 23, my father a 32. Both of us have undergone professional neuro-psych testing and neither of us have Aspergers.
- Swift2, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Well, from listening to all these responses, one thing is clear. Diggers are psychos. : )
I got a 17, but I was cheating. - member57, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I got a 30. My wife has worked with mentally retarded adults for years, no suprise she was attracted to me, LOL.. She has helped me notice many things, probably the reason I did score a 30 instead of higher.... Needless to say, I watch my two little girls for signs of autism like a hawk. I wonder if my Mom drinking and smoking during pregnancy had something to with me being assburger boy??
- SUPAY76, on 10/12/2007, -0/+021 here, my co-worker got 17 he is not autistic, he is just socially retarded. Damn Moron.

- Retardus, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I scored 8 points, which is 2 x 2 x 2, is a Fibonacci number being 3 plus 5, 8 pints make a gallon, it is the third number that stays the same when written upside down, and there are 8 legs on a spider or scorpion, An eight is also a racing boat, some large cars have eight cylinders, before the rise of christanity, there were eight days in the greek and roman weeks, pirates have pieces of 8, the game of pool has a black ball with the number 8, a cube has eight corners or verticies, an octopus has 8 arms, and an octect is a group of eight musicians, and octogon is a figure with eight sides, and octahedron has eight faces, an octive is composed of eight notes, the amount of clouds inthe sky is measures in Oktas on a scale of 0 to 8. In binary 8 is 1000, in roman numerials 8 is VIII, 8 is the atomic number of oxygen, in physics 8 is the second magic number, there are 88 keys on a keyboard, in chess there are eight pawns, rugby has an 8-man, and retired numbers of Yogi Berra, Gary Carter, and Cal Ripken Jr. Older computers systems were 8-bit, there are 8 bits in a byte, on a phone the 8 key is associated with letters T,U, and V. Timothy leary identified a hiearchy of eight levels of consciousness, Eight maids a milking, after-eight is a peppermint flavoured candy. And my score, is 8 so that makes me not autistic.
- DefenderOrights, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Not a very scientific test.
It asks questions about noticing details. What if you have poor vision?
It asks questions about making conversation. What if you have poor hearing?
It asks questions about making new friends. What if you're extremely ugly? (I'm not being rude here but truthfully people who 'look good' will always find it easier to make friends. I don't mean to offend anyone.)
The test doesn't take into account the circumstances of life. - pvera, on 10/12/2007, -0/+017, and my son is autistic. I wonder what he would score.

- caffeine211, on 10/12/2007, -0/+015. I actually thought I was going to score higher since I'm a pretty big math nerd.
