Bees keep their kids in a beehive between 35-37°C (95-98°F) regardless of whether it's 0°F or 122°F outside (some say -40, but I think the bees kind hibernate at that point). When it gets too hot, they bring in water from nearby ponds, sprinkle it around and fan their wings over it, and the evaporation cools the inside of the hive. When it gets too cold, they eat sweet stuff and move around a lot generating heat.
