- reinadehielo, on 11/09/2007, -0/+1Agreed. As a salsa dancer, I have observed that guys always get automatic mega-bonus points with the ladies... if they can partner dance. Emphasis on the "partner" part. It's cool if you can c-walk, harlem shake or whatever... but what really gets you the points - is if you are a good partner-dancer. The hardest part is getting the guts to learn and everybody looks really stupid when they are first learning, trust me. But if you can overcome that and learn... you've got bonus points in the bag.
- wonderchemist, on 11/08/2007, -0/+1Of course that leads to the age old question. What is the sound of one partner dancing?
- whojaybe, on 11/08/2007, -0/+1well, they say how you dance tells how good you are in bed...
- BigManOnCampus, on 11/08/2007, -1/+2I will say it before, I will say it again.
Learning social dancing and getting involved in a local social dancing scene is THE BEST way to meet a potential mate, period. Particularly for the guys where in big cities it seems like your only options are either loud bars, or even louder hip-hop clubs where interaction is impossible. Social/Partner dance scenes put both sexes on equal footing, and provide a certain sense of structure so you do not have to rely on pick-up lines to get her attention (and you're better off not even bothering), and you are essentially forced into meeting lots of women as the classes rotate partners.
Again, if you want sexy-time... GO LEARN TO PARTNER DANCE. you won't regret it.
