- fantasmacanino, on 10/12/2007, -4/+10Some of those pictures are stunning, to say the least.
Here's some more pictures from the guy's website:
http://www.letchikleha.info/sky/ - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+5i think the DC systems failed, so the autopilot stoped working... thats where the falcon comes in, its simply a back up for the auto pilot.
The falcon controls the pitch, the cricket controls the bank angle and the chick probly controls the thurst or morelikly the trim tabs
hahahah --- gota love the Russians logic for fixing problems - lorductape, on 10/12/2007, -4/+8remind me not to fly with this pilot, who pays more attention to his viewfinder than the wheel. note to self- avoid russian airlines.
- marksmayo, on 10/12/2007, -4/+7Awesome, simply awesome.

- volve, on 10/12/2007, -4/+6Normally when I think about "chicks" in the "cockpit", it doesn't involve 300 tonnes of steel... :-/
(Some snappy photos though.) - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2lol they wouldnt be called avionics if they were driven by steam
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Correct me if im wrong but, I thought pilots were suppose to stay well away from cumulonimbus clouds? That first picture looked like it was taken well inside of the troposphere.
- Liggmin, on 10/12/2007, -5/+7digg needs a picture section.

- hendzen, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2I almost thought the picture labeled "Villa in Saudi Arabia" was a viral marketing ploy by Intel.

- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1russian airliners crash becuase the russian solution to everything is, bang it with a wrench if it stops working properly. Usualy it'll work but when it doesnt, thats then they simply start banging on it a little bit harder
