  • inactive, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1I call this the "Recursive Godhead" and I find it fairly compelling. The author makes the mistake of assuming that simulated environments would exist in strictly limited environments. If the human race continues on the same development path we are on now then I think systems will develop that are not purely limited by hardware but more by software and the ability to appropriately use "hard"ware resources.

    In short, simulations that spawn simulations may be neither a problem nor limiting factor.
