Nearly 50,000 Patient Records Breached at NY Hospital

blogs.wsj.com — Postal inspectors searching an identity-theft ring in Atlanta found 221 documents that had come from New York-Presbyterian Hospital, the Post reported. Hospital officials traced them to McPherson and found that his computer login had been used to improperly access the files of 49,841 patients.
