- 25mL, on 06/25/2008, -2/+8I had the pleasure of visiting Angkor Wat 2 times. The first was 12 years ago, and the temple was absolutely stunning! It was secluded to the point that I had the pleasure of exploring it literally, almost alone. There was probably only a handful of people, literally. The second time was 2 years ago, boy had things changed. There was hundreds if not thousands of people, and security was tight, I couldn't touch or get close to many things like the past.
I did however notice the difference in color of each temple, 'specifically Bayon temple. It is a sad thing to see when microbes are eating away our world wonders :( - ShadowFoxxx, on 06/25/2008, -1/+5Nothing lasts forever, sadly. It'll take awhile for those microbes to eat away at the stone, though.
- spider-man, on 06/25/2008, -0/+3And gee, who found out about penicillin? Perhaps it was "HUMANS TRYING TO FIGURE OUT A WAY TO STOP THE NATURAL PROCESS OF THINGS" as you've liked to put it.
- Icupnimpn2, on 06/25/2008, -0/+2If only the landmarks weren't so darn delicious...
- Rudegar, on 06/25/2008, -1/+3Microbes! I knew it was them! Even when it was the bears, I knew it was them.
- smek2, on 06/25/2008, -0/+1Give us back our history, you microbe-bastards!
- blast_flame, on 06/25/2008, -0/+1But humans didn't naturally develop penicillin in their bodies did they? Instead humans TAMED a part of nature and used it to do that.
- Pizzini3000, on 06/25/2008, -0/+1It's all part of the alien's protection plan to eliminate evidence of their part in the instantiation of our species and the replication simulation of the tool they used. the Spore Creature Creator.
- scoottie, on 06/27/2008, -0/+1but they didnt destroy penicillin did they
- YodaJones, on 06/25/2008, -2/+2So? The ***** is old. Any bachelor can tell you what happens to stuff when it gets old. Just like bologna in the refrigerator.
- jamesdew, on 06/25/2008, -2/+2microbes today, we didn't have them in my day, coming over ere eating up all our monuments, why don't they go back to where they came from.
- erhanaltay, on 06/25/2008, -3/+3You say it as if its a bad thing... the natural process of things also including humans dieing at 30 from simple illnesses or injuries, more than 1/10 children dieing in the first 5 years, and many other horrid things...
Nature is there to be tamed. - desifitness, on 06/25/2008, -0/+0Am I the only one who read the title as "Microsoft eating away at pieces of history"
- Amadeus2490, on 06/25/2008, -2/+2Pressure wash that ***** with hydrogen peroxide.
- erad222, on 06/25/2008, -3/+2Bitches don't know bout my microbes.
- inactive, on 06/25/2008, -3/+2Someone needs to tell these guys about a new product called BLEACH.
Maybe chlorine would have some adverse effect? - scoottie, on 06/25/2008, -6/+5And of course Humans will try and figure out a way to stop the natural process of things.
- TheBibIe, on 06/25/2008, -3/+1I proclaim it the 11th plague.
- scoottie, on 06/25/2008, -3/+1actually the reason humans dont die at the age of 30 anymore is because of nature, you ever hear of penicillin that miracle drug that is in simplistic terms mold.
- inactive, on 06/25/2008, -4/+1thats pretty crazy
