Man accused of trying to neuter friend's dog with razor

chicagotribune.com — The Des Moines man told police he had been taught the procedure by his father and grandfather, but he has no veterinary license or training. It didn't work out so well for the dog.

  • maybeth, on 08/13/2008, -0/+1A failed attempt to neuter a friend's schnauzer-what the heck?? Thiswoman should have this dog removed from her care for even thinking about letting this man do this. Why would you put your poor dog through this inhumane procedure??
