So if someone was browsing through his profile (or anyone that dugg it) they could digg the story. We are seeing some chain reactions starting to occur. A story may be a few days old - is dugg from a profile - the story then hits the spy page. The users on spy see it for the first time and digg it. BAM, promoted story.
