- ileftfark, on 11/10/2009, -0/+9You forgot fluoride in toothpaste, and the likelihood of being stabbed by Lizard People.
Seriously though, to say genetics are irrelevant is willfully ignorant. People are living longer now more than ever before. It has more to do with genetics + health care + diet + exercise than staying away from carcinogens. Hell, the oldest dude ever (modern times) was a drinker who smoked for the last 50 years of his life. Oldest chick? Smoked for longer than that. Genetics, dude. - kaijunexus, on 11/11/2009, -0/+2***** dying.
- Rammat2, on 11/10/2009, -0/+2Not only is the hair on our head programmed to stay or go, it seems that our lives are programmed also.
- RutgerB, on 11/13/2009, -0/+1Yeah! Dying, ***** you!

- shrikedoa, on 11/11/2009, -0/+1Somewhere, Lazarus Long is laughing.
- Hillsfar, on 11/24/2009, -0/+1Then you'd be trapped. Confined to that computer. Vulnerable to viruses introduced into your inner core, ready to wipe or warp your memory. Or made to suffer endless loops of torture from which you may never escape.
Why? Not because you're particularly good or bad. But because there are evil people who'd do it just for kicks. - Xugg, on 11/10/2009, -0/+1thanks for the link, interesting stuff.....
- Rammat2, on 11/11/2009, -0/+1True about the baldness. It flies in the face of logic. The people on the planet who don't have male pattern baldness, are usually Native America Indians, and, they could give a crap about looks compared to those who do and have baldness in their genes.
- daviz0, on 11/10/2009, -1/+2I just hope I live long enough to have my consciousness uploaded to a computer .......
- GongMaker, on 11/11/2009, -0/+1From an evolutionary perspective an expiration date kind of makes sense. Eventually, you're just an evolutionary relic and you're better off making room for you grandchildren. As cynical as that may be.
But baldness, that I really don't understand. It's not just that it's a clearly unattractive trait, but it's also so predominant that it should get eradicated in the space of a few centuries.
There are things about evolution that we haven't even begun to understand. - spworm, on 11/10/2009, -2/+2Because... evil never dies.
- hereticoftruth, on 11/10/2009, -2/+2I'm going to keep on living just to piss people off. I wouldn't be surprised if some holocaust victims felt the same way.
- boozedrinker, on 11/10/2009, -4/+4These comments suck.

http://tinyurl.com/drgreger - MissDeFacto, on 11/10/2009, -5/+1Albert Einstein College of Medicine? They have to be right. I just love that they're called "Einstein researchers". Good genes, great! But what about all of the pollutants? Our genes (and ourselves as human beings) haven't evolved to be able to fight those off yet.
- Infowarsdotcom, on 11/10/2009, -9/+2In this day and age it has far less to do with genetics (genetics are really irrelevant) and everything to do with environmental exposure to cancer-causing agents.
