  • inactive, on 09/09/2008, -0/+1We have yet to reach the limits of silicon, although we are getting close to it, probably within the next 10-15 years. The next step would seem to be laser, but we might be surprised with something new rising to the top. I think that we still have a long long way to go before using light, if we use it one day.
