- fuzzybeard, on 07/12/2009, -0/+2"Fun" usually doesn't draw in the $$$ for the R&D involved.
- wcarver, on 07/13/2009, -0/+2But what if you put it on inside out??

The work was supported by the Army Research Office, the National Science Foundation, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) and the Department of Energy.
Awesome now we know where this tech will be used.
The solution to this problem is to decentralize the tech. I hear electron scanning microscopes are getting pretty small and affordable these days. After that all u need is the code (blue prints) to create nano materials. The future of piracy will be a very interesting place, - jamaph, on 07/12/2009, -0/+2This could be great for military records to make sure troops don't break the law, and help keep account of kills. It could make the MP's job of investigating friendly fire incidents much easier.
But, I think it could be even better for SPORTS! Imagine watching any of your favorite sports games and getting a replay of sick - on the field - camera angles from your favorite players POV!
I just love technology. - BossKey, on 07/12/2009, -1/+2In b4 obligatory Megan Fox clothing joke

- vsujohn2, on 07/12/2009, -1/+1I prefer the cloak and dagger.
- ValkLeroux, on 07/12/2009, -4/+4Why always for warfare? Can't people just have plain fun with technology anymore?
