It's an ongoing British documentary that started in 1964 chronicling the life of 14 children from different backgrounds. They make a new film every seven years. The titles are:

I'm sure they think their kids are beautiful, just like most of you do. Who the ***** are we to judge them. I'm sure if half of you stepped on the train tracks to end your miserable lives, that train would turn off at the next dirt road to escape the horror.

    Although I don't condone the nasty comments directed at these folks, I have to admit I laughed when @kyle660 made his crack "if you threw water on him he'd multiply."
