- Matt174e, on 10/12/2007, -6/+278"Men age like wine. Women age like milk."
- Kurlowski, on 10/12/2007, -6/+268Diego has had the same beard for 30 years, and Susy's smile hasn't changed at all.
- insomuchas, on 10/12/2007, -9/+159One of the ugliest babies I have ever seen. If he was a Spartan he'd be in the pit.
- wbreim, on 10/12/2007, -2/+138they were trying to keep a consistent expression rather than inflicting on the photograph the mood they were in that particular day.
- cr3ative, on 10/12/2007, -11/+145YTMND about Susy's smile approaching in 3....2....1....
- maddendude, on 10/12/2007, -8/+139For all those youtubers who take pics of themselves every day for a few years and make a video of it, this is the ORIGINAL.
- wild, on 10/12/2007, -5/+118What is interesting is how the oldest son grows into his father. I bet once he reaches his fathers initial age, you could loop them into each other and someone wouldnt be the wiser.
- CanceledCzech, on 10/12/2007, -6/+103What smile?
- stonewaljacksn, on 10/12/2007, -6/+96sebastian looks like he turned into a girl for the year of 1997
- Kyle660, on 10/12/2007, -6/+77"But what ugly babies"
Matias in particular. Looks like if you threw water on him he'd multiply. - ProximaC, on 10/12/2007, -26/+96The exclamation marks at the end of the title make me care SO much more...
- wbreim, on 10/12/2007, -8/+74Your convoluted standards of beauty warped by a media that misrepresents its own people is despicable and thankfully it does not yet apply to the rest of the world.
- nodong, on 10/12/2007, -8/+64If you're entirely superficial and only care about how you look, then maybe.
- CanceledCzech, on 10/12/2007, -10/+61He was one ugly-ass baby.
- PacoDG, on 10/12/2007, -2/+532004 Matias = (insert a Jerry Seinfeld quote in spanish here)
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -3/+47will some bored teenager make that Gif for us lazy old people
- haveacigar, on 10/12/2007, -4/+48Quick image slideshow... make sure javascript is enabled
http://www.alanmonger.co.uk/diggg - Punisher2K, on 10/12/2007, -1/+44Yes, because you're only going to get uglier then you already are. With old pictures you can look back at when your hump was only the size of a cantelope with fondness.
- jmreid, on 10/12/2007, -8/+51Proof that ugly babies become good looking adults.
Pretty babies most of the time become ugly adults, from what I've seen. - transeunte, on 10/12/2007, -3/+45See, th3space, the problem here is your utter inability to be funny.
- surfpark, on 10/12/2007, -15/+56The woman really let herself go after 1990.
- NorCal05, on 10/12/2007, -2/+40funny - you can see Matias wearing hand me downs 1986-1987 and 1991-1992
- Toast1185, on 10/12/2007, -1/+37 "This is a picture of me when I was younger." Every picture of you is when you were younger. "...Here's a picture of me when I'm older." Where'd you get that camera man?
- ziffel, on 10/12/2007, -7/+42Darker skin + beard = terrorist?
- ringo380, on 10/12/2007, -2/+37How the hell did Texas get involved in this?
- logic6, on 10/12/2007, -15/+48I mean, jesus... I thought people from Texas were supposed to be worldly and open minded... Secede already.
- dezmo, on 10/12/2007, -0/+32that's when the family got the internet
- coldfusion055, on 10/12/2007, -3/+35look at what happens to each of the brothers after they turn 21....
- cookiebearo, on 10/12/2007, -0/+26his best illusion ever!
"go home, check your family photos... 1999" - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+26So "Noah" did something 5 years ago, and he's more original than these people who did this 30 years ago?
Our public schools ARE failing! - avolant, on 10/12/2007, -16/+39as someone of middle eastern descent who has a beard and recently had his passport photo taken while wearing black hoodie, allow me to cordially say '***** you, you dumb piece of *****'. i don't care if you're joking. you're stupid. insanely, possibly irrevocably, stupid. have you ever successfully completed anything that had to do with pattern recognition? when you make an association do you bother to consider the validity of your metrics? how about thinking before speaking? do you do that?
people like you make life unbearable. get a life. - logic6, on 10/12/2007, -1/+24I like how you can see the effect of the kids going through their teens in their mom's face... face stays pretty constant until the kids hit the mid teens, then she obviously ages, then again, her face regains some youth as the kids slowly exit their teens...
- Angostura, on 10/12/2007, -0/+23What's he going to do? unshackle it and say "be free"? Oh - you meant 'lose'.
- gcodori, on 10/12/2007, -0/+22OF COURSE it's been around before. THEY TAKE A NEW PIC EVERY YEAR. Jeesh
- chris4buffy, on 10/12/2007, -0/+22In 99 I think they lived with David Blaine instead of Matias and didn't notice.
- elpasoGuy, on 10/12/2007, -1/+19***** off
- optigon, on 10/12/2007, -4/+22Your family sounds like it knows how to have a good time!
- powerpants, on 10/12/2007, -1/+18To anyone who finds this fascinating, but hasn't yet seen the UP series, I highly recommend it. It's an ongoing British documentary that started in 1964 chronicling the life of 14 children from different backgrounds. They make a new film every seven years. The titles are:
7 Up
14 Up (aka 7 Plus 7)
21 Up
28 Up
35 Up
42 Up
49 Up

You've got some issues dude. I'm not letting you see my family photos. - manvsmonster, on 10/12/2007, -0/+16I'm wondering what happened to Matias in 1998. He suddenly gets deformed. Too much junk food?
- coldfusion055, on 10/12/2007, -16/+32I'd hit it in 1981
- seks03, on 10/12/2007, -1/+16I seen this 2 year ago and started one for my future family
http://javierandandrea.com/timeline.html
this was an awesome idea Diego had. - coit, on 10/16/2007, -10/+25I take it they aren't a very happy family....
- kevinarth, on 10/12/2007, -0/+15I've got to say, you guys would all be really pissed if this was your family that was getting hammered by all these nasty comments. I'm sure they think their kids are beautiful, just like most of you do. Who the ***** are we to judge them. I'm sure if half of you stepped on the train tracks to end your miserable lives, that train would turn off at the next dirt road to escape the horror.
Although I don't condone the nasty comments directed at these folks, I have to admit I laughed when @kyle660 made his crack "if you threw water on him he'd multiply."
Diego and Susy, thanks for sharing. This is fascinating. - maskedavengers, on 10/12/2007, -1/+16i did something similar - but did it by the age of the family member. when you run into relatives, they always would tell my kids, "you look just like.... at the same age" so i thought i'd test out that theory. http://www.koyama.net/compare/
- yhorke, on 10/12/2007, -7/+21JUNE 17TH
- oldhat, on 10/12/2007, -3/+16WTF?!?
- indraneel24, on 10/12/2007, -1/+14the idea is the same. there was no youtube in 1976. hell, there was no (public) internet in 1976.
- ibkurt, on 10/12/2007, -0/+13This is a great accomplishment! Most families are so unstable that they cant pull this off for three years, let alone thirty.
