- RanIntoTheDevil, on 10/10/2007, -1/+36Ahh, the ancient and beautiful pass-time that is microwavin' stuff you shouldn't. It's almost a primal instinct, like staring at a fire.
- ukdave, on 10/10/2007, -2/+26Mad how them Christmas tree lights started lighting up.
- TheFoshizzler, on 10/10/2007, -1/+23The pineapple sure was disappointing
- MrBabyMan, on 10/10/2007, -4/+18I was hoping the soap they would use was Ivory. Ivory soap has a much more 'interesting' effect than the soap they chose. Check it out:
http://digg.com/videos_educational/Ivory_Soap_in_a_microwave - zweben, on 10/10/2007, -1/+13The only ones worth watching are marshmallows, glue, xmas lights and ketchup packets.
Grapes cut in half and CDs are sadly missing. - inactive, on 10/10/2007, -2/+14You forgot eggs! Eggs are the best imo
- sherifftruman, on 10/10/2007, -2/+13Will it microwave?
- Slothy88, on 10/10/2007, -1/+10Stay off Digg.
- Urusai, on 10/10/2007, -0/+8I use thermite. My downstairs neighbors hate it when I cook.
- dvsbastard, on 10/10/2007, -1/+9I was kinda hoping they were going to put everything in at the same time!
- sleepwalkers, on 10/10/2007, -0/+7Oh I'll remember...
*Grabs baseball bat* - MasterThief117, on 10/10/2007, -2/+8You know this is an advertisement for Easy Mac, right?
Its still cool though. - lesty420, on 10/10/2007, -1/+7His mom must get tired from cleaning that microwave all the time
- Flashman, on 10/10/2007, -0/+5How'd they get the camera in there without the microwaves frying its circuits?
- Urusai, on 10/10/2007, -2/+6PV=nRT bitch
- dyslexicsUNTIED, on 10/10/2007, -3/+7i love the site design. really awesome
- shinobi25, on 10/10/2007, -0/+4Was I the only one who was actually more amazed with the website design, than the microwave stuff.??
- demodawid, on 10/10/2007, -0/+4Eggs was best.
- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -4/+8What about a baby?
- Jozer99, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3Probably wasn't actually the filaments lighting up from current, but arcing inside the bulb.
- therealrico, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2I know made me want to try it, fortunately I was born with common sense, unfortunately some people who see this video weren't and will try and replicate.
- mace2, on 10/10/2007, -1/+3Waste of cake. :(
- ronaldinho, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2the marshmallow clip could have been used as an analogy for sex ed
"Kids, during copulation you both will feel kind of hot, and after a while......BOOM!" - themastersb, on 10/10/2007, -1/+3The glue bottle came.
- TVarmy, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2There's a company out there that claims they've designed a lighting system that's more efficient than compact florescent and can last for 12 years of use by using microwaves to activate a special "filament" of sorts without any metal contacts. Who knows if it'll actually be worth anything, or if it's even real.
- Aroundtown27, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2The horse song thing during the glue was priceless
- NikoKun, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2OMG... the Deoderant made the most awesome sound! XD
- scrappyvintage, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1Christmas lights always go on sale right after thanksgiving, I'm going to break myself doing that Microwave gig. . .
- evilpig, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1Yeah, so people try all this and can't have Easy Mac because they broke their microwave.... lmao
- Slyer, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1"Now, we would microwave a real, live cat on live television! So here is one we prepared earlier."
- Protoss, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1Pft, whats it gonna do...give me cancer? Pa-lease....
- gamer_013, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1ah, found it: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Entrance_of_the_Gladiators
- gamer_013, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1What's that song being played during the foam? Sounds like something to easily annoy friends with.
- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1From now on my Christmas lights are going in the microwave, not on the tree.
- ChromaVita, on 10/10/2007, -1/+2I thought some of the otherones were interesting. Soap, breath mints, and the crayons were cool.
- StiGUP, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1christmas lights coool!!! it's going to be a merry xmas after all......i wanted to see something explode.....the glue exploded pretty nice...how bout some m80s? =-o
- rkiga, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1everything on digg is viral, what's the point of having a warning for it?
yes philip morris (altria) owns kraft, but like it or not you probably have at least a dozen philip morris products in your house right now. - Whalen25, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1^blocked
- h0merg0mez, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1MVP=mRT...dear God, these useless chemistry letters are still clogging my brain...
- twodayslate, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1This is pretty old.
- jeremychoi, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1the glue bottle being microwaved reminds me of something... can't put my finger on it...
- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1CDs are quite cool to do in the microwave, until you learn in class that you're actually exposing yourself to x-rays. Fun stops there.
- xpankrat, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1Yup, there's nothing like microwaving a flame to get a good old stable plasmoid
http://jnaudin.free.fr/html/oa_plasmoid.htm - zweben, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1Yeah, I meant to include eggs. That was by far the best.
- TomTruelle, on 10/10/2007, -1/+2not funny
- Protoss, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1I wondered the same thing...
- thethresh, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1old, but duggable. I forgot my wife hadn't seen it. So, worth it right there. +1
- gann, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1Will it blow, that's the question.
- imontoya, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1That football looked too much like Shamu on a carousel ride. Later it looked like this whale in Taiwan: http://www.olimu.com.nyud.net/Notes/ExplodingWhale.htm
- TVarmy, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1I agree. Kraft is pretty much the creepiest food company out there. Well, maybe a close second to ConAgra. I'd seriously like if Digg had a viral warning. I used to like Kraft macaroni and cheese, but I stopped when I turned 10. You can make your own Mac and Cheese in about 15 minutes, or you can whip up an omelet in 5 minutes if you want something cheesy and good in a hurry.
Fun fact: Kraft owns Philip Morris. It's their most profitable child company, I believe. -
