Basically any thing causing a type of inflammation in the brain might result in elevated kynurenic acid. I wonder if omega-3 fats and vitamin D might be useful?

Schizophrenics seem to have adapted to an environment were they must act before they are given the information they would need to make good decisions. People will always base their judgments on their personal past, but schizophrenics tend to base their judgments far more on past experience then on the actual reality.

I'm old enough to remember the sky before 1998, and contrails did NOT used to appear in lengths of boli (the "donuts on a rope" form of trail that suggests compressed particulates). They did NOT used to fan out into cloud cover that subsequently covered the sky in a grey haze. And they did NOT use to display bizarrely shifted spectra (not normal "rainbows") like airborne oilslicks. 'Trails today look like old textbook examples of "cloud seeding." There has been a big change, and there has been no explanation (in terms of fuel additives, etc.). Some of us (of those who have noticed at all) are very curious, others are paranoid, and some want to stick their heads in the sand. You can tell the latter by their bitter irritation with either of the former.
