- JimmySpaza, on 07/20/2008, -1/+2I wouldn't say that I was bullied when I was in school. But, it wasn't very pleasant at times. I know of a lot of kids who felt that there was no solution to their being bullied. Their parents were not helpful at all. School officials didn't take action against any of the bullies. If you were caught fighting, then BOTH of you were in trouble regardless if self-defense was involved. Add into the mix a lot of home problems for these kids. Combine that with a introspective personality.
...and one can see how, every so often, a kid brings a gun to school because, in his mind, there is no other way out.
Personally, I think that bullies ought to be taken out in back of school and beaten to within an inch of their lives. Apparently, force is the only thing that such punks value.
