    Not scratching was what got me through it in the end
    The hardest part was stopping scratching at night while I was asleep
    I had to train myself that the urge to scratch actually meant "Don't Scratch"
    Sure enough, it worked and now, I'm excema free.
    P.S Omega-3 oils such as evening primrose and flaxseed are good too.
