People who are concerned about fitting into a gender role are statistically less likely to be happy in life. It only seems obvious that a progressive leader would simply be a natural, healthy human being that isn't hyper-gendered.

A toned body, with a thick beard(slightly grayed of course), combined with ruby red lipstick, high heals, and a cute little black dress, is all you need to instill confidence in your workers.
