- Disgod, on 10/15/2009, -0/+8Not when there is overwhelming evidence for one side (evolution) and none for the other side (sky daddy).
- Taiyoryu, on 10/15/2009, -0/+8Creationists: "Ignoring reality for more than 200 years"
- Javlington, on 10/15/2009, -0/+7A clear an concise explanation of a rather complex phenomenon. Very skillful.
- appleseed1234, on 10/15/2009, -2/+9How is babby formed?
- RSS14, on 10/15/2009, -2/+7In Biology I was wondering how such complex proteins could exist without God (I was doubting my atheism).
Thanks for enlightening me about the wonders of evolution! ( I'm still an atheist :P ) - kaelyiesta, on 10/15/2009, -0/+5Really? Given the subject and content of this video, I'd say it's an understatement to call it amazing.
- Merendino, on 10/15/2009, -0/+5CREATIONISM AINT NO SCIENCE I EVER HEARD OF!
- jakobrowning, on 10/15/2009, -1/+6'scuse me sir?... sir?.... Could you kindly take your soapbox over there? We're trying to leave room for serious contributions to the discussion.
- FormerBabby, on 10/15/2009, -0/+5Someone ***** my instain mother.
- Disgod, on 10/15/2009, -0/+5Watch the rest of his videos, they're great.
- Ciryon, on 10/15/2009, -0/+3Indeed. Also check out AronRa
- appleseed1234, on 10/15/2009, -0/+3I am truly sorry for your lots.
- PhoenixReborn, on 10/16/2009, -0/+2I too was having a crisis of "faith" just today after my biochem class. I came back to my apartment to find this on digg. Thanks for keeping me an atheist, CDK007! This stuff really blows my mind.
- SamSlater, on 10/15/2009, -0/+2Clear, concise and educative. Truly brilliant playlists from cdk007.
- PowderedToasty, on 10/15/2009, -0/+2(in case calling god "sky daddy" wasn't clear enough, I was being sarcastic)
- FormerBabby, on 10/15/2009, -1/+2YouTube: keeping the kids atheist.
- hereticoftruth, on 10/17/2009, -0/+1Truth is truth. Can Creationists accept and fit this into their ideology? Then I will listen. Otherwise, I will only accept a moral truth that can stand on it's own as beneficial to our society yet is supportive of other moral truths. Always do the right thing to the best of your ability.
- firebhaal, on 10/16/2009, -0/+1i find your lack of lack of faith disturbing
- Javlington, on 10/15/2009, -0/+1wat
- grzelakc, on 10/15/2009, -0/+1It doesn't quite make sense to "doubt your atheism". Even if we had no idea how new genes formed it would in no way validate the "God did it" hypothesis. Just because we don't know something (and in this case we actually know quite a bit) does not mean we can stick the god explanation in that gap.

"SCIENCE MOTHER *****, DO YOU SPEAK IT?"
Wow, such thought provoking discussions on this page! - bigd063, on 10/15/2009, -8/+3Brilliant video, but why couldn't a guy that smart find a freeware alternative to the video editing software he used. Many people are easily annoyed by GIANT watermarks on the screen. He could at least have pirated the full version if he didn't want to learn a new program.
- jrm125, on 10/15/2009, -10/+4God.
/sarcasm - zachquint, on 10/15/2009, -7/+1That was a bit drawn-out. Or am I intensely ADHD?
Seriously, talking slow doesn't help me understand speech.
Clear articulation does the trick. - swagv, on 10/15/2009, -9/+1Buried for gratuitous use of the word "amazing"
- PowderedToasty, on 10/15/2009, -10/+1Either that or the great sky daddy, it's arrogant and bigoted to believe one over the other.
- brayblaze27, on 10/15/2009, -14/+3The reason dark matter and dark energy were "just made up" is that there is no explicable mechanism or system whereby relativity would -stop- working outside our visible range
To put that in simpler terms, gravity works the way it does everywhere we can see the details, and there's no reason to think it works otherwise where we can't. Dark matter is a hypothesis explaining why distant objects follow the law of gravity without us being able to see every distant object without resorting to magic
What is Digg?
