- lektroluv, on 11/05/2008, -10/+228I cried at the part with the brick.
- klitzbtc, on 11/05/2008, -8/+194A nice welcome back to the un-politicized Digg.
- davidmcraney, on 11/05/2008, -4/+168Dead Space is definitely worth a play through; it's the most polished game since Bioshock and COD4, and personally, I've always wanted to play a mix of "Event Horizon," "Aliens" and "System Shock." Still, most his criticisms are correct.
- grokmac, on 11/05/2008, -6/+169I was wondering why none of the other reviews I read pointed out the obvious parallel with Event Horizon. I enjoyed the game, but Yahtzee is dead on with his humor as always.
- mrSimon, on 11/05/2008, -21/+160He ripped this one apart. This is the best one I've seen for quite a while.
- konkourteev, on 11/05/2008, -16/+142Loved this game!
- Lykil, on 11/05/2008, -5/+110I for one sympathize with bricks whose brick children never call, you insensitive bastard!
- DaftMonk, on 11/05/2008, -4/+100No more words.

No more words. - Swarms, on 11/05/2008, -3/+70I'm so....startled.
- inactive, on 11/05/2008, -6/+72You ever notice how people are into stuff like Zero Punctuation until it tears into THEIR game/movie/band. Tearing into games is what this guy does. You don't have to get butthurt. It's okay to laugh.
- stud76, on 11/05/2008, -4/+65O.
- mingleTwat, on 11/05/2008, -10/+64in long : NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
- banderwocky, on 11/05/2008, -1/+54Nice! I thought the holographic user interface was well done. I also liked the 3D holographic map and "path finding" thingy.
- Greengoo, on 11/05/2008, -6/+52OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
- Tulair, on 11/05/2008, -5/+49I'm soo startled!!
- inactive, on 11/05/2008, -3/+47Why are you digging her down?
Oh, wait, I mean "him."
...oh. - Blacksoth, on 11/05/2008, -1/+39His major criticism was that it was hard to empathize with the characters and the themes were largely things we've seen before. That's not much negative commentary considering what Yahtzee is capable of.
- Greengoo, on 11/05/2008, -1/+38You have to interpret what he says. Look for things like "I had fun" in teh middle of "IT SUCKS IT SUCKS IT SUCKS". If he had fun, then it means the flaws weren't enough to ruin it.
You need realize how he operates. He finds ALL THE FLAWS because he makes them entertaining... then he basically decides if he had fun or not and that's your verdict. - Dotcommer, on 11/05/2008, -2/+38Completely agree with Yahtzee, but I still enjoyed the game immensely and honestly, thats the bottom line when it comes to video games. If I enjoyed playing it, it was worth my money.
- themastersb, on 11/05/2008, -2/+34I-I-I'm s-s-so s-s-s-sssstartled....
- BigE89, on 11/05/2008, -0/+31Portal is the only one it seems, but his review for Saints Row 2 was pretty optimistic.
- theberlindoctor, on 11/05/2008, -14/+39Lovely. Finally something other than politics.
- Burrito, on 11/05/2008, -10/+35Ron Paul 2012!
- molotovcat, on 11/05/2008, -1/+25No, he rips on most games because most games are repetitive pieces of ***** ripped from yesteryear with minor graphical updates.
There are a group of gamers out there that are sick of the unimaginative titles that dominate the market and see Yahtzee as a reviewer that shares our pessimism. - richmomz, on 11/05/2008, -0/+22Why wait for a patch for Fallout 3? I'm 20 hrs in and have not seen any problems.
- maxsunset, on 11/05/2008, -2/+24Puh-leeze... Pretty much every review I read mentioned Event Horizon!
- inactive, on 11/05/2008, -9/+31My new all time favorite yahtzee quote"Isaac Clarke, ohho I see what you did there EA"
(Issac Asimov and Arthur C. Clarke for non-scifi fans) - skabyss, on 11/05/2008, -5/+26*jesus balls*
- c010rb1indusa, on 11/05/2008, -3/+21Does he like any video games?
- skabyss, on 11/05/2008, -2/+20multiple fails
- VipeNess, on 11/05/2008, -3/+20my buddy brought this game over, and i really liked it alot.
- kevizzy37, on 11/05/2008, -7/+24I was on the fence about purchasing this game... And still am... I mean although the story and character development aren't really that great, its a horror game. You can't expect it to wow you with a stunning script.
Things go wrong -> Kill everything that blinks -> You make it out (barely) but you left enough goo on the floor for a sequel - Spire3660, on 11/05/2008, -2/+19COD4 is a rollercosater video game, not a choose your own adventure. It works for what it is.
- b1m2x3, on 11/05/2008, -1/+18I thought the game was one of the better ones i've played in a while.
He didn't even comment on the audio. Playing the game with headphones is awesome... all the whispers and echoes... - Scrappy1850, on 11/05/2008, -2/+19the joke isnt funny if you have to... oh nevermind
- czarr, on 11/05/2008, -0/+16Watch the orange box review he praises Portal.
- Blacksoth, on 11/05/2008, -0/+16Stop peeing your pants (he's not that scary).
- JollyDumple, on 11/05/2008, -1/+17That took me more than 60 seconds to read, partly because I was trying to count while reading it.
- JMilton, on 11/05/2008, -8/+23"Evil Genius is a management sim, not a sandbox crime game, shut up you idiots."
Seriously, you guys... I think it's about time you stop emailing him.
Oh, and BTW, as much as he's right about everything in Dead Space, the game can pass the time nicely until we see a patch for Fallout 3. - Laterali, on 11/05/2008, -1/+16Did you find it?
- tonaros, on 11/05/2008, -2/+17Dead Space has the most engaging atmosphere and story I've seen in a while. Maybe I'm just a sucker for a good sci-fi, but I can't stop playing this game.
- Anifanatic, on 11/05/2008, -1/+16I agree, this is why I stopped ordering from the menu and just pick combos at all places I go to eat. And I don't cook my own food because there's all these special situations and problems with vegetables and meat, it's easier to just cook it out of the box, nuke it in the microwave. I buy my clothes in packs so I don't have to worry about mixing and matching, worrying about the length of the jacket and the length of the shirt sleeves and things like that. I also hop onto bandwagons because it's easier to pick a template like "Democrat" or "Republican" than care about individual issues.
- stolemybike, on 11/05/2008, -1/+15Plethora of multiple fails
- IHaveIssues, on 11/05/2008, -4/+17Civil union?
- richmomz, on 11/05/2008, -3/+16Dead Space was ok (combat was too clunky and repetitive for my taste, but suspense was great)
Fallout 3 is epic. - skabyss, on 11/05/2008, -0/+11Jesus Christ, Boon, find a new comment to repeat over and over again.
- mahler, on 11/05/2008, -0/+11I started Psychonauts because of him... and it was awesome.
- Coffeedemon, on 11/05/2008, -1/+12But what if you just rely on the product as it is sold? I'm pretty wrapped up in Fallout 3. I don't think you should have to step outside of the original product in order to fill in the blanks and make the story passable.
- inactive, on 11/05/2008, -5/+16you're not supposed to watch zp for an actual review, you watch to see what new insults he comes up with
- krisscofield, on 11/05/2008, -0/+11Well, he liked Portal.
