- dahitman2389, on 10/12/2007, -1/+25I would game on it in public. Just so people could cream their pants in excitement as I play my pimped out mother ***** Gameboy signed by God himself.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -1/+19I was thinking the same thing!
Oh wait, no I wasn't... - gofrance, on 10/12/2007, -0/+11Well I'm not a collector, but $2K for this makes more sense to me than this other guy who paid $12K for a ps3 painted in red
- daridave, on 10/12/2007, -0/+8Thank you Mario, but our FUNNAY is in another castle!
[aka you fail] - tidu, on 10/12/2007, -1/+9umm, yeah it is.
he likes to draw, so it's obviously two eyes.. - slicedoranges, on 10/12/2007, -0/+7That's the most true blasphemy I've read all day.
- jayyoung, on 10/12/2007, -3/+9"Very cool, but I didn't expect this to sell for over $2k"
....what? I would have paid $5,000 for it easily. - kahlessreborn, on 10/12/2007, -0/+5Weird it takes me an eBay page but the url for the link that take me there is http://www.ebidiot.com/go.php?a=7
Is this a phishing operation to get people to sign in and take their user name and password?
Or am i just being paranoid? - saintdesy, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4When ol' Miyamoto bumps it (which I could only hope is a very very very very long time from now), that thing is going to be worth a ton. Just think of that gold 1990 World Championship cartridge that sold a few days ago...
- JazzFlight, on 10/12/2007, -1/+4Too bad it's probably one of the old SPs (with the 1st generation darker screen light).
Then again, with a collector's item like that, I don't think many people would actually use it to play games... - HolemCross, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3That looks pretty neat, but nothing I'd bid for. I have a Original Super Mario World/ Duck Hunt NES cartridge autographed by Miyamoto. Its not limited edition or anything, but I'm curious if it would get any where near this bid.
- NewPunk, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3I actually bid on that... too bad it went over $1k too fast.. :( It's so awesome, the only one I've seen on eBay ever.
Soooooo sweet. - veeshy, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2wish i had $2157.01 to burn
- dheaddy, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Wow, my gamecube is signed by Miyamoto and Charles Martinet, but I could never find anything signed by Miyamoto on ebay to get an idea of what it was worth
- shuckl4k, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1i definitely agree. that SP is worth scores more than 2 grand
- staffell, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Remember that was a fake bidding though
- TrialByFire, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Hardcore geekage.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2What's a gamecube?
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -3/+2YOU FOUND THE TRIFORCE!!
- dahitman2389, on 10/12/2007, -4/+2Beans and franks?
Either way...
I'd buy it. - sonictonic, on 10/12/2007, -5/+1I have one of those GBA's... but it isn't signed :-P
I imported it from the U.K. last year. Mine also came with the Zelda game.
It's in mint condition - anyone wanna make an offer? Bidding shall start at $1k
:) - DTftw, on 10/12/2007, -5/+0who would trust ebay that much? seriously.
- Lane, on 10/12/2007, -7/+1that is truly awesome. dont leave it in your jean pocket, i can see a mom's first instinct to be cleaning the gameboy off from that terrible sharpie.
- devourment77, on 10/12/2007, -17/+0Why wouldn't he have signed his name with kanji?
- Braingoo, on 10/12/2007, -28/+3hmm Miyamoto's signature looks well a bit naughty there at the end.
maybe its just my dirty mind.
