- Gotar, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1What's the point of this when all 3 of the machines don't have all their specs even released yet?
- Plecky, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I'm all for the showdown between the release of Halo 3 and PS3/Grand Theft Auto "Some City" this time next year. Assuming all goes according to plan/rumor and both these things happen, it'll probably be the most crowded day at stores next to the Friday after Thanksgiving and some packed day prior to christmas. Gamers either running and gunning to get Halo 3 and/or Playstation 3 and/or Grand Theft Auto "Some City" which is suppose to be a launch title for PS3. As excited as I am for XboX 360 to come out, I'm probably more excited (hopeful, anxious, etc.) for that day assuming it actually becomes a reality rather then just big words by big corp.'s
- Saxonx, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Gears Of War and Morrowind Oblivion give me enough reason to get the Xbox360.
- ChaosElement, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0The specs mean nothing to me. It's the games that matter. So far I really haven't seen too many promising titles for these systems. The game I'm most looking forward to would have to be Metroid Prime 3 for the Nintendo Revolution. God I love those games.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I found that you can get a free one on this website!
http://www.FreeTrialOfferGuide.com - ST3V3, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0They havent really released revolution specs yet so...
- Dgen_X, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0omg 360 and ps3 pwn the revolution!
have the ps3 specs even been finalized yet? - Bleek-II, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Let me clear up some things. The revolution has 512Mb of flash built in and can expanded later. It will also be able to read DVD-video, DVD-ROM, and Nintendo’s proprietary GameCube discs… I don’t know what else it can read…
- G-RaZoR, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0They make it seem like anybody will buy a machine because it has it supposebly has a better processor with more teraflops.
- Plecky, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I agree, we've seen a 32 bit system overtake 64 bit system (a'la PS1 vs. N64), that's the most recent example I can think of, although there's many more before it of less powerful systems beating more powerful systems due to price points, games, etc. By the way, does anyone know - are systems even compared it bits anymore? You know, like NES was 8 bit, Sega and SNES 16 bit, PS1 and Sega Saturn 32 bit, Nintendo 64 64 bit, Dreamcast PS2 and XboX 128 bit, etc.? Are these new systems considored 256 bit or are they even bits at all, if they were measured by bits - how high are consoles getting this next gen? I'm just curious, anyone know?? Man, back when I was growing up - a "powerful" (but not necessarily good) system was judged by its "bits," now there's a lot more to take into consiodration, how times have changed... Excited for all 3 systems, but 360 the most right now cause its what's coming out soonest and what we know/have-seen the most about/of.
- Mexrocker, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0first of all, whats so good if a machine is so powerful but has crappy gameplay... it really won't matter now will it? Now secon, PS3 and Revolution still have yet to announce the finialized specs which could either be more or less powerful
